Newest xbmc cvs release

first of all id like to thank everyone behind this project. with the release of the newest cvs release with project meyham 3 skin and paplayer, it has become my new dash.

i was just wondering one thing, is there going to be a way to play wma files without a pause between the tracks? in my opinion this is the only flaw in xbmc (i dont care about the dvd stuff).

wma is not gapless to my knowledge, so the answer would be no.

ok, guy with wonderful first post, my post was mainly to put across that xbmc has advanced enough to become my new dash, stating 1 quesion doesnt make it a support post. thanks for the reply jmarshall, as windows media player play gapless wma, that was just what led me to ask. it must be a "window$" thing.

its an mplayer thing. last time i checked mplayer couldn't do gapless anything because it reloads the codecs for each file individually. paplayer might be different. who know, maybe someone is working on it. you could put all the files into one long wma file and then there wouldn't be any gap
