Streaming but no picture

hi, i cant get a picture up on the tv only sound, when streaming, anything (movie, gametrailers)??????
i can get the menu options, and can choose a movie trailer to stream, it downloads, and starts playing (i only hear the sound)?????

please help, someone!!
