New feature: mute support for the extender remote

for those of you blessed with the wonderful xbox media center extender remote, you can now fully utilize your mute button by

1) build a new xbe from the latest source
2) merge in the "mute" action from the new keymap.xml

right now only the "project mayhem" skin in the source tree supports this. to get it to work for other skins, you need to put the following two files into your skin:
- add mute.png to skin/<your_skin_name>/media/
- add dialogmutebug.xml to skin/<your_skin_name>/pal/

sure, just program the "mute" button, the xbmc remote code is 63 into your universal.
