Wont play dvd's

i have 3 xboxs in my house my dads, my brothres, and mine. i installed xbmc on all 3 of them. and mine is the only one that will not play dvd's ( i dont have any other video media to test ). i will go to my videos w/ a dvd inserted then i will select "play dvd" and nothing happens. another thing is all of my track names in ms soundtracks appears as "unknown-unknown". can somebody tell me wtf is going on?!?

1080i? mine does the same thing. i can play unencrypted vobs though. i was thinking about upgrading to the latest and seeing if it helps. i haven't done that in a month or so.

freaking awesome. if it worked for you then im sure (keep my fingers crossed) it will work for me. im running 56k so i wont find out until morning. that still doesn't explain why it works on my bros. xbox (it is the same i ftped the same version to him, but oh well). now if somebody can tell me why the track names are all unknown-unknown. perhaps the upgrade will do the trick. thanx a whole lot :thumbsup:
