Static '..' in folder views..

would it be possible to make a static '..' or 'up a folder' button while in folder views... it kinda sucks to have to scroll all the way to the top of a big list just to go back up a folder..

no key on remote mapped, since we're running out of keys on the remote (back is used for navigating back to menu, where's in xbmp it did said function)

also in icon view, the large folder icon is rather pixelated, because it is just a enlargement small folder icon. could this be improved.
